Builder Ray Franco started his career with an early focus on custom home construction in 1976. These custom homes were designed with the customers’ ideas and Ray drafting the building plans. Ray and his employees did much of the construction work – foundations, concrete flatwork, structural framing, finish carpentry and staircases. Later, he branched out into developing single-family home subdivisions in the Central Valley of California. Ray incorporated the building company California Heirlooms, Inc., in 2000 with 24 years of experience and more than 4000 homes to his credit.

Ray and his wife, Pam, are directly involved with daily operation of the business as a team. Ray oversees the development and construction of the homes, while Pam, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, takes care of sales and company accounting. Our friendly staff has been carefully selected for their expertise and professionalism. We employ caring construction professionals to construct a most valuable asset –your home. Customer service begins the first moment you walk through our door and continues throughout the warranty period. An in–house customer service department will provide the service you need to retain your homes highest possible value.
